We offer free delivery services to all of our customers residing in London, Wakefield and surrounding areas. Now you can enjoy the finest quality products at a very reasonable price without paying extra shipping charges right away on your doorstep.

Express Delivery Service

We can provide same-day delivery services to our customers with our exclusive delivery service. We offer express delivery services to our customers residing in Wakefield and London. We normally take 3-4 business days to complete the delivery process. This excludes the weekends and the holidays. There are few things to take care while placing an order on Soft Touch Beds.

We need your contact number to make a hassle-free courier service. It’s meant to ensure the timely delivery of the product. Moreover, we’ll use your contact number to keep you updated about your order status.

Unfortunately, if you miss the delivery, then it will be rescheduled within the next 5 days. In case you’ll get the damaged products, you can contact us for return or exchange of the products. All you have to do is to take pictures of the product with the packaging box and send it to us right away. We will try to replace your order with the new one as soon as possible.

All the orders will be delivered between 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Our delivery team will call you before they come to your doorstep. We’ll try to deliver the product as soon as possible. You don’t have to wait a full day for the delivery. We’ll give you 2 to 3 hours’ time frame before delivering the product.

In case your package is delayed because of some issues, we will notify it to you beforehand. According to Consumer Contract Regulation (2013), it is your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of placement and after a day of receiving your item. But in that case, you have to pay delivery charges, even if it’s the free delivery zone. You can know more about your rights as a buyer.

Online Order Bookings & Delivery in Covid-19

We understand this is a worrying time for everyone. By keeping this COVID-19 the situation in mind, we’ve put extra safety measures in place, in line with the latest government advice so that you can shop with us with confidence. We have developed new delivery protocols that allow our delivery teams to follow social distancing guidelines. Our delivery teams are now able to deliver all in-stock items, to the main door of your apartment building.

  • You can still order with us online 24/7.
  • Our Telephone lines are closed, but you can contact us on WhatsApp or Leave a Message on Website. Our expert sales consultants will be more than happy to contact & assist you. Usually, sales consultants are available 24/7 but, due to the current situation of COVID-19, they’ll be available from 9 am to 6 pm (6 days a week).
  • We can deliver all the furniture products to you safely within 2 to 3 days. It’s possible to get the same day delivery of your furniture products, but we’ll confirm the delivery via a call to assure your presence.
  • You might expect the delay in delivery as well due to the current pandemic situation, lockdowns and government regulations.
  • If you are living in an apartment then we can only deliver the furniture products to the main door of your apartment building.
  • If you or a family member are self-isolating or have symptoms consistent with COVID-19, please let us know before delivery. So that our delivery person can take extra preventive measures.
  • We are not delivering furniture items within your building, instead, we are delivering items to the ground floor only.
