 We offer exclusive delivery service. Please refer to the delivery map  and for any queries call us for quick resolution.

Express Delivery Service:

 

We provide same-day delivery services to our customers with our vibrant delivery team. We offer express delivery services to our customers residing in Wakefield and London. Likewise, we deliver as soon as possible depending on your location. This excludes Sundays. 

Once the schedule is mutually agreed upon, someone from logistics will call and confirm everything with you. They will give you a rough ETA (2 to 3 hours’ time window) and then the driver will call you before he comes to deliver. You will receive a phone call between 9am to 4pm. It can be any time frame after 11am. Indoor delivery of all the furniture products, don’t forget to mention the floor and door number while placing the order.

* Our delivery operations starts at 11:00 am till 11:00 pm.

We need your contact number to make a hassle-free courier service. This is meant to ensure the timely delivery of the product or products you have ordered. Moreover, we’ll keep you updated about your order status in a timely fashion.

Unfortunately, if you are unable to be present for delivery, then it will be rescheduled within the next 5 days. In case you receive a damaged product or products, you can contact us as soon as possible. We request all of our customers to take pictures of the product or products with the packaging box and send it to us right away. We will try to replace your order with the new one as soon as possible.

All the orders will be delivered between 11 am -10 am. Our delivery team will call you before they come to your location. We’ll try to dispatch the product as soon as possible. Our dispatch team will deliver your product or products hassle-free. We make sure to follow our customer schedule of availability instead of ours. For us, customer satisfaction is our vision. 

If lift is available, then no handling charges. However, 

For Bed first floor free and then 10 GBP for every preceding floor is £10

For Mattress, the charges are the same as the bed. However, if both the bed and the mattress are in the booking, than the delivery charges for every floor will be £10 except the first floor.

For Wardrobe, ground floor is free and preceding each floor will have £10.

For Sofas, ground floor is free and the preceding each floor would be £15.

All mentioned above costs fall under the handling charges. They are separate of the aforementioned nationwide delivery charges

 

Missed Delivery/Re-schedule Charges

When the delivery date has been mutually agreed with our dispatch team and you, but the customers isn’t present to receive the delivery. In this case, we reserve the right to charge you for the rescheduling of delivery. Please refer below:

For every product, the customers reschedule, the charges will be £40. So if the customer re-schedules 3 items, then the charge will be tripled.

In case your package is delayed because of any issues, we will notify it to you beforehand. According to Consumer Contract Regulation (2013), it is your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of order placement and after a day of receiving your item. Please review our return’s policy.
